I believe we have officially stopped debating. We ended up making over 378 comments altogether, but a good fraction of those were tangenty things.

We exhausted the official debate topic fairly quickly, so we moved on to some of our own design. And our Hufflepuff came in late, so we let her start a thread so she could get points.

Oh, and we were confused about who was supposed to be debating. Was it anyone who wanted to, and we would be the reps, or was it just us, period? I think it turned out to be the former.

Yes. That was . . . interesting. Not sure how you're gonna tally up our House points. X.X If you're doing it by comment... well, good luck with that. I could help if you needed. But if you're just giving some sort of round estimate (?), yeah -- I dunno.

I hope its just going to be based on the actual debator from each house too. If I knew that others were allowed to enter and start debating I know a few Slytherins that would have been on and going off in wild tangents...

Yes, I did wonder who was actually supposed to do it. They are going to have trouble tallying points. Did the comments actually have to be related, because there are just some "I'm going for a second" ones. LOL I know it was hard for me just to catch up, let alone know who was supposed to be there.

Yep...is their any debating actually left in there? Or has everyone moved on...it's hard to tell. It would be easier if people said that they were leaving temporarily, if anyone actually wants to continue it.

I'm still in there...we're just grasping at straws though unless we want ot open another topic.

Perhaps we should do that. Because I think that the Gryffindor person would like to get more points. Not like they need them, but it would only be fair I guess.

and i do believe the debates were supposed to be just between each represent from their house .. because why else would there be only ONE represent? you know?
