Here's a test id i randomly made up. I can do slight modifications to it at request.

If you have an custom requests, just tell me in the applications, like if you want the bg to look different or anything like that. I can do most requests, so feel free to elaborate. My ids don't have to look like the one's I've posted so if you want something different, just ask away or give me an example of what you would like your graphic to look like!
For the IDs, they are 6 knuts and for the icons they are 4 (animated are 5).

If you don't have a header... give me a description of what you want it to look like (and include links to pictures is possible) and what the font should be for the links, etc. Here are some examples of headers (they are small because picturetrail did that but I can easily fix it) I created so you can get an idea of what you'd want your layout for the header to be. I shall email you the codes if you wish.
