I USED TO CALL IT LIP CHAP WHEN I WAS LITTLE AND EVERYONE MADE FUN OF ME WTF.

They probably have some spell to get rid of chapped lips. I could really use one for chapped hands. They look like they should be attached to an 80 year old, not an 18 year old.

I have the exact same problem!!! My skin isn't supposed to be in the dry weather of CAlgary. In winter my skins cracks and hurts, and it blows.

My penpal lives in Calgary!! I am so jealous that you could go see her if you wanted! We got to go to Disney World together and to a LotR Convention in Orlando. She does horse-back riding.

I live in New York, so we have craptastic weather too. My hands have been fine the past like...five years and all of a sudden this year they decide to get all nasty-like.

Western New York here and I've only ever called it lip balm or Chap-Stik (which of course is a brand name)
