They all got jobs at Beauxbatons and Durmstrang. Nearly Headless Nick is now the proud ghost of a house full of French girls, and he likes it. Meanwhile, Professor Sprout is teaching the Dark Arts-loving students of Durmstrang how to plant Mandrakes to heal the people they petrify with their pet basilisks. :)

Death Eaters probably came either that or Hogwarts suddenly turned into a Star Trek episode and some alien race magically took them away to do experiments or observe their behavior, or the alien race wants to inhabit Hogwarts, on them or kept them as pets against their will. The rest of the students start to disappear and only a few are left to figure out what happened to them
