HOGMEADE HOLIDAY WEEKEND 2007
has officially begun!

Have your signed permissions slips ready. The trip to Hogsmeade is about to begin! Only sorted members of hogwartsishome may participate and post this weekend.

Keep an eye out for posts marked OFFICIAL POINTS EARNING ACTIVITY! These special post will help you earn points for your house while you mingle with your HiH-mates. Participation Banners will be awarded for each activity you participate in. If you have them all you will earn special bonus points!!!!

Remember that Saturday is our YULE BALL, filled with fun and special games, contests and activities. I hope you have your dress robes all cleaned and pressed and you've asked that special someone to go to the ball with you. IF you haven't, well get on it! Time is running out!

The shop keepers at hh_flourish will be offering special sig tags and icons for this weekend. Keep an eye out for that post. We all need something pretty and shiny for the holidays!

There will also be a variety of contests run by various clubs and communities at HiH, offering you more chances to earn house points. These will also earn you those very valuable Participation Banners.

Most important of all...
• Be sure to sign your posts with your NAME and House.
You want to earn those points and we want to know who you are!
• Remember to have fun while showing courtesy to your fellow HiHers.
Rule breaking and being nasty will get you detention with Mr. Filch (not to mention a healthy loss of points to boot).
