Social Post: Family Sorting
As we've seen with the Weasleys, the Potters, and [most of] the Blacks, family members are often sorted in the same house. Nature v nurture, I suppose - or an even mix of both factoring in. What houses would your immediate family members be sorted into? Is there a trend towards your house, another, or no trend at all?

For me, both of my parents are Hufflepuffs. My mom has a good bit of Dor in her, but her life has always been dominated by the importance of friends, family, and helping others. She's like me in that she often puts others first and cares far too much about them, (sometimes for the worse). My dad - my dad is pure puff. He goes out of his way to keep everyone happy, works hard, keeps the peace, and is incredibly loyal. My grandmother is a Puff, everyone has always said she's the sweetest woman they've ever met, but my grandfather is definitely a fiery Gryffindor. As for the rest we've got my uncle and my aunt, both college professors, and my ivy-league cousin - all three of whom are knowledge-craving Claws. Though I'd venture to say my uncle and cousin are Ravenpuffs. This covers me pretty well, dominantly Puff with a decent mix of Dor and Claw thrown in.

So where does your family sorting fit?

My family and i would be sorted into Hufflepuff.
My family is very loyal, and are hard working people.
My family is very simple. But were never boring.
But i do think my older brother Eric would be in Ravenclaw, and my mom and i would be in Hufflepuff. lol.
But my brother hyas always been the odd ball of the family :p

Definitely a family of Slytherins, every one of them, both sides of the family. The whole bunch is about ambition and self-improvement. They're loyal to their family but not usually at the expense of the individual. I suppose my father is more of a Ravenclaw, but he's always out for self-improvement that he occasionally forgets about the rest of his life. My mother is a lot like myself, I'd sort of say she's similar to Narcissa Malfoy.

Hum...I don't think there is a trend in my family. My mum would definitely be a Gryffindor. My dad? Hum...I don't know whether he would be in Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. He loves learning, was in college for years, but he also will do anything to make the people he loves happy. I think my only girl cousin would be a Slytherin, and my cousins would be Gryffindor, Ravencalw and Huffepuff. My aunts would be Hufflepuff and...hum I have no idea what my other aunt would be...maybe Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. My uncles would be Ravenclaw, Gryffindor and...*thinks* maybe Gryffindor as well. So...*counts* 5 Gryffindors, 3 Hufflepuffs, 4 Ravenclaws and 1 Slytherin... Yah, no trend in my family.

I think my Hubby would be a Puff. I really don't think he has any enemies. He's not afraid to work hard, is easy-going, loves to crack jokes and laugh. Determined when he wants something, and is concientious of the how is actions affect the world and other people.

Family I don't live with: Brother could be Slytherin. Sister could be Ravenclaw with some Snake. Mother probably be a Slytherdor and my Dad would have been Slytherin.

My family is a strange one. My mother... well, she has a good amount of Ravenclaw in her, but I cannot for the life of me decide what her secondary house is. Often she places emphasis on family and group effort, and can be incredibly supportive, but she has a fiery Gryffindor streak that surprises me sometimes, too. My dad... well, he's a Gryffinpuff if I ever knew one, although he does have an interest in mathematics that's very Ravenclaw. And my brother is just utterly and completely Gryffindor, possibly with a bit of Slytherin the way he manipulates my mother.

Fiery personalities, all around. Which is probably why I'm such an introvert and tend to be passive-aggressive about conflict -- in my family, if one of those three is angry, the other two blow up too, and I just stay out of their problems, for the most part. I love them all, of course, but I have more of a Slytherin idea about family, I think -- like [livejournal.com profile] yinepu said, loyalty but not at the expense of an individual. I don't know... I feel so different from them sometimes, and my mother has been known to say things like "Annalisa, I just don't understand you". I think I've sort of broken the mold -- or maybe I just like to think that, heh. But it's an interesting thing to think about.

I wuld put my sister into Slytherin.

Hmm... well, I think if I had to choose a trend, it would be puff. My mom is pure 100% full of Badger-y goodness to the point where sometimes it gets a bit annoying... and my brother is pretty classic Gryffinpuff with a definite emphasis on the puff (even if he probably wouldn't admit it, fickle teenager that he is) - I think the odd man out would be my dad, but his personality has never really been like the rest of the family... even though I'm sorted Ravenclaw, I think I have a pretty strong Ravenpuff streak, and in the function of my family I tend to be a bit more Hufflepuff because I'm the older sister and tend to mediate my parents' arguments... Most of which come about because my dad is clearly Slytherin, which really doesn't go that well with the vibes of my family.

Heh, you can totally tell I've thought about this before... I sort people in my head the way some people try to predict their astrologies... I think it's a fun way to learn about people xD

This is really interesting, I can't believe I never even attempted to sort my family before now.

My mum would be Hufflepuff, she's so hard working and dedicated to our family that she barely has any time to herself. My dad would probably make a good Gryffindor, he's very CAPSLOCK and brings both the lolz and the dramz. I'm going to put my brother in Slytherin... because he's quite resourceful and very ambitious, I'd almost call him ruthless.

All in all, I suppose I'm part of a housedly mixed family unit. Nuture wins out over here. =]

My parents would both be Ravenclaws. My dad is the never-wants-to-leave-the-library kind of Claw and my mom is the much more practical kind of Claw. But they're definitely both Claws. My little brother...totally Slytherin. My sister is a Hufflepuff. I'm the lone Gryffindor.

I would probably say that we're a family of Ravendors, though we all have something that edges out the Gryffindor. For my mother, she's extremely passionate about social justice and nursing, and while one could argue that those are Hufflepuff traits, the manner in which she executes them Gryffindor. My dad is a Gryffindor as well, for being the one brave enough to go to medical school far away from his family as well as not settling to live in California just because the rest of his family is there. My brother is passionate about music and skiing and is always looking for the newest thing to make him better and go faster. It's the adrenaline rush! Finally my sister the cellist and prima ballerina is not afraid to be a little silly in the most inopportune times.

Family o Lions, it gets pretty intense!

Hmm, my mom is a Ravendor, but because she is more practical than ideological, I'm going to put her in Ravenclaw. She works in civil rights, but for the government and has a Master's in Econ. She's very into politics, and while I don't think she likes it, she understands and plays the game. Actually, no. You know, she plays the political game to get ahead, and she has no problem scheming so that things work out for her. she is terribly clever and has that silent, plotting sense of anger. I never realized before that my mom's a Slytherin. I guess I should have figured. Every time I feel overwhelmed by a situation or out of my element, I try to react just like my mom would, because she'd never ever let her fear show.

My dad is brilliant and an engineer, but because of his thrill-seeking behavior and his loathing for his job, his constant moral philosophizing and sci-fi love, I'm going to put him firmly in Gryffindor.

My step-dad is an out-and-out Hufflepuff. She spends hours every day on the phone with his family. He's such a gossip. He's not always a hard worker, but he used to be and he's saved his money so that now he doesn't really have to be, but he makes penny-pinching his job. he's treating my mother to a Caribbean Cruise-- 5th time in 3 years-- as we speech. All from penny-pinching.

My husband is absolutely a Ravenclaw. His daily amusement is tracking crude oil prices and stock stuff and then he tries to explain it all to me and I just roll me eyes at him and ask what's for dinner. He surfs wikipedia for fun. I guess it's a Claw thing. I'd rather watch porn *shrug*

I'm a lot like my dad, so I guess it stands to reason he and I are both Gryffs. I'm closest to my mom, though. I guess she's a Slytherclaw, yeah. It's easy to see why she and my dad got divorced, but I told her a long time ago that my decisions are mine and she can shut it and be a part of my life or argue with me and not be a part of my life, and viola we're best friends. So I guess I had to threaten divorce also ^^ I do a lot of things she hates, like leaving grad school without my PhD and getting married young. She was so so so committed to her career. Bugger my career, you know?

*sincerely doubts anyone will read this anyway, lol*

I'd put my mom into Hufflepuff, without a doubt, but she also had a streak of Gryffindor in her. My dad is more difficult. I used to think that he was a Ravenclaw, but he can be so closed-minded at times, and I don't see that as a Ravenclaw trait. Ravenclaw is probably his secondary house, with Hufflepuff as his primary house.

I think that with my parent's being so Hufflepuff, it makes me act more Hufflepuff than I really am. I've noticed that the longer that I live away from home, the more of a Ravendor I become.

My mum is a complete Hufflepuff like myself, though she's probably as close to the canon Hufflepuff as you come. She can't say no for the life of her, she cares so much about other people I don't know how she does it, she'll take on responsibility just to make sure the job gets done, she's incredibly compassionate and empathetic and is bordering on the pushover side of the puffs. I don't know anyone who doesn't love her to death.

My dad is a Slytherin, I'd say. He's always been a very demanding parent in many ways. Where my mum was compassionate and understanding, he would stand over your back and make you re-write the numbers on your math homework until you started crying from frustration. He expects the best from both my brother and I, but he isn't unreasonable (not so much anymore, at least). I made him sound really mean, which he isn't, he's just pretty strict on certain things and he takes pride in himself, and so also expects a lot from us. He judges easily and can say hurtful things at times when he's being 'too honest'. He's very determined and ambition has brought him a well paying job when he started out almost at the bottom.
He's also very charming, though his manipulating skills neeed work :P There really isn't many traces of mean spirit in his body, he's just... you know... he has expectations for himself and therefore also for us. he also has a slight Gryff streak in his insanely oppinionated nature and quick temper. :P

My brother is such a Ravenclaw with a side of Gryff. He has the incredible stubbornness of a Gryff (family trait? I have that in buckets too), but other than that it's mostly just Claw through and through. He spends his days on Wikipedia clicking 'random article' and reading them for the fun of it. When I came home for Summer he had memorized the entire list of phobias. He started learning Gaelic for the fun of it, and when the Spanish class at school was too full to let him in, he bought the book and started teaching himself and now he's better than all of them. At the same time as he's the best one in his French class. (Needless to say I'm insanely jealous at his ability to soak up knowledge like a frigging sponge).

So, in the middle of all this I sit there in my Gryffinpuff glory. I guess it's a mixture between my mum and my dad. I'm a lot like my mum in many ways, but I have the same short temper as my dad and the same need to voice my opinions on anything and everything I know enough about to discuss. I'm also stubborn, and was a very bossy kid. I also get entirely obsessed and passionate about things that I end up caring about - trivial or not.
On the puff side, I'm loyal, I like when people are treated equally and I dislike when people claim authority in situations where they're not entitled to it so they can boss people around. I'm hardly ever mean (I've gotten better at being mean though. Before, I was NEVER mean and if I was I couldn't sleep for days), I like when people get along, I'm tolerant of other people's opinions for the very most part, etc. And I'm pretty easy-going and like to laugh. a lot.

I'm also VERY long-winded. What house is that a trait for? :P

My immediate family's pretty small, just my mom, my dad and myself. I'd definitely put my dad into Slytherin. He's a politician and journalist of the incredibly ambitious sort. He fought his way fairly modest means and he'll be damned if anyone takes that away from him. He's as intelligent as all hell as well, so I'd say there's a side of Claw there as well (much as myself). My mom, on the other hand, is definitely a Gryffindor. She's always fighting for justice of some sort and setting her stubborn mind to some cause. She's also a lawyer, but refuses to use her legal powers to fight for the side of evil (which is sort of hilarious when you consider my father and myself). She also likes saving animals and old people, so she definitely has a Puff streak. Though she might have a bit of Snake lurking beneath the surface - she's dangerously closely related to the British monarchy. As one might expect, family disputes are always either my dad and I against my mom or my mom mediating my dad and I shrieking at each other. Good times.

Wow, this is a cool activity!

I would definitely say that my family is mostly a mix of Slytherins and Ravenclaws. My dad is a straight-up Ravenclaw all the way. Super-smart, logical, very interested in studying and learning new things. He's a college professor, so that fits. My mom is a Slytherin all the way. Now, I love my mom, but she's one of the most selfish people ever. She's also very focused on money and having things. She buys herself a lot of stuff, and is not as loose with the purse-strings when it comes to buying things for others. She's also very smart, but in a crafty way.

My brother is also a definite Slytherin, but he's got more of a Gryffindor edge than a Ravenclaw one. He's not at all interested in knowledge! Lol... And he's a bit of a man-whore. :p

I'm a Slytherclaw... I know that much. I thought I'd be sorted Ravenclaw here, but apparently my sarcasm and remarkable self-involvement won out!

I like this!

My father is a Slytherin all the way, in the style of the Blacks (the getting rid of elements of their family they didn't like) - with a bit of Gryffindor 'me me me' arrogance. He's ALL about appearances, reputation, having the best, and what HE wants.

My mum is very Hufflepuff, she's always stood by everyone she loved, even if they hurt her (my dad), she likes to spoil her family, she's very caring and nurturing, and very hard working.

My sister Leane is a Slytherpuff - very ambitious, works hard to get what she wants, and she's very gracious and diplomatic.

My sister Melissa was a true Hufflepuff. Loving, sweet, very nurturing, down to earth. Put her family first and career/education second, even though she was a successful writer for a little while.

My brother Bert was a Slytherclaw, very much like my father in many ways... but he was more into the political aspect of things.

And then there's me, the Slytherdorpuff. =P

I couldn't sort my whole family into just one house. They are so different, it's scary. My brother.. let's see. He'd be mostly a mix between Ravenclaw and Slytherin. Ravenclaw for his obvious love of learning. He's very intelligent and studies and is very thoughtful. He's the calm guy that thinks before he speaks and he's rather going to ask for the why for first. Slytherin for him too, because he's very concerned with himself; I don't want so say Slytherins are selfish, but to me, the way my brother is - always thinking of his career for first, of improvement and what's best for himself - is very, very Slytherinf or me. And he also has a sneaky streak.
My father is very traditional, a hard working man, and very patient and accepting and kind. He'd most probably be in Hufflepuff. He's very supporting and very loyal.

Ooh, intriguing activity! :D

Hmm. I think:

My Mom = Hufflepuff, with a bit of Gryffindor. Puff because the very protective nature toward family members & friends, along with a caring, honest, & straightforward attitude. Gryff because she really doesn't give a darn what people think - if she wants to do something, it will get done her way. And she definately has a taste for sarcastic remarks. xD

My Dad = Gryfferin. Gryff because of his determination to hold to his promises & principles, no matter what. Slytherin for the calculating edge he holds in business dealings - he always takes a look at every possible option, and makes certain that things will turn out in the best possible way.

My Brother = Hufflerin. Puff for the caring nature toward his family and stubborness. Slytherin for that cunning, trickster side of him & a very demanding want of perfection & control over his life.

Me = Ravenpuffindor. Ravenclaw for the love of knowledge, witty remarks, and clever [though always oddly creative] plans. Puff for my highly protective nature toward those I care for, practical thinking, and because I'm relatively very shy. Gryff for my determination, iron will when I decide upon a course of action, and sarcastic streak.

Oh, how very interesting this is!

My father... he has an extraordinary amount of guts and resourcefulness, and a stubborn, hide-bound determination to have things his way, no matter what. He is right, and you are wrong. Period. The end. It's crusty old man syndrome, I'm afraid. But he will move any mountain, he will break his back, his heart, his spirit, striving to give his family something better than they currently have. He is so devoted to us, and has spent thirty years at a backbreaking job as a superintendent in order to support my brothers and I as we ascend the societal ladder through brains and education. I think he must be a very rough around the edges sort of Hufflepuff.

My mother is a Scorpio so I want to put her in Slytherin, lol. Seriously, though, she reminds me of Narcissa. She is perfectly polite to everyone she comes across, but the second they leave the room she'll turn to me and moan, "God, I can't stand them." When she has a vision of something she wants to achieve, she works towards that goal relentlessly. She's highly intelligent and driven, and basically always prefers to do things herself rather than let someone else inevitably fuck up her perfect vision. For her family she will do absolutely anything at all, bend or break the rules, blackmail or arm-twist. She's sneaky and conniving enough to be a Slytherin for sure.

My youngest brother is a Hufflepuff no question, I think. I've always described him as some kind of anomalous angel in the family. He's incredibly sweet (even at the age of 15, he still comes by to give me hugs and leaves placidly when I holler that I want my door knocked upon before entrance) and tolerant, with a very guileless and innocent, but hilarious sense of humor. If a friend of his is in genuine trouble, he'll do everything he can to help, listening and offering advice to the best of his ability. He's playful, gentle, and kind.

As for my middle brother, he's rash and hot-blooded with an absolutely horrific temper. Like my stubborn father, things always have to be his way and he is always right, damnit, but unlike my father, he isn't particularly attached to family; he could happily live with only intermittent contact with any of us, I believe. For my father, family is of ultimate importance; for my brother; it's of ultimate convenience. He is relentlessly determined when he has a goal (he's lost over 100 pounds entirely on his own intiative) and is wonderfully funny and charismatic, when the proper mood strikes him (aka the stars align, and everything is going exactly his way). However, I don't consider him subtle and underhanded enough for Slytherin, so I think he's a darksided Gryffindor.

Finally, my fiancee is a Hufflepuff because there is not a thing in the world she holds dearer than her closest family and friends. She has strong Ravenclaw undertones and is in fact going into an academic career, but she is the rock of her family and spoils us all rotten with what little she has. I have no doubt that she would drop anything and do anything to be there for me in an instant if I needed her, and same with her mother, sister, and father. A Slytherpuff romance; who'd have thunk it? ;D

What an interesting activity! I've actually never thought about this before. :3

I'm an only child, so it's just my mother, father, and myself! My mother would be sorted into Ravenclaw. She values knowledge, learning, and order over many things (she's also an accountant), especially when it comes to me and college, but she does have a bit of Snake in her as well. She's very ambitious and knows how to make a situation work out for her, especially if she has to compromise (usually with my father, since they are divorced). My father, on the other hand, would definitely be sorted into Hufflepuff. He's such a kind, hard-working man, and he's always out there offering a helping hand - whether it's for a friend, family member, or complete stranger (though he knows his limits and is not taken advantage of). Even though we can only see each other about once a week (since we don't live in the same house anymore), he is still very family-oriented.

Ooo... this is something I've already thought about :)

My dad is most definitely a Ravenclaw. He's the one that was always trying to teach us new things and he's what you would consider a "life-long learner."

My mom is a Hufflepuff. She definitely values hard work and family and likes to make sure everyone is happy and humming along.

My sister is a Ravendor. She curious like me and my dad and is always learning or researching things that she's interested in. But she has a passionate side and has very strong sense of what she considers right and wrong that I thing brings out her Gryffindor side.

My brother is a hard sort. I don't really feel like he fits in well with any of the houses, but if I had to put him in one I think it'd be Ravenclaw. He he's a little bit "off" in a way that I think sometimes Claws can be and if he's really interested in something then he will learn all he can about it.

My daughter Sara is of course over at The Gryff House right now so she takes after her Dad. My son Thomas would probably be there with the Lions as well - he's just like his Dad and older sister. My mum would be in Slytherin, and my father would be in Hufflepuff. I'm not sure about my mum's parents since her mum died in 1964, and her father died in 1982 when I was only three.

My gran on my father's side would have been in Hufflepuff, and my grandfather in Gryffindor.

My sister would be in Slytherin, but she would go bad.

My dad, while he and I don't agree on anything, we will fight to the death about it. He is a Gryffindor but we have very different opinions on what that means. His "good" is not my "good" but neither of us will back down -- I'd call him a Slytherin, but he's not out for his own gain. He really thinks he'll save the world with his bullsh*t!

My brother Mike is a Ravenclaw. After all, he's a PhD at Yale in Linguistics. He lives in the clouds, but he's got a kind heart and he's passionate about the same causes as me, so he didn't escape the Gryffindor.

My brother Brian is a Gryffindor because he is not subtle - in fact, he's my mini-me. The only difference is that his ambition is more obvious than mine, but he, like me, suffers from boredom and laziness only the way a Gryffindor can.

My mom is a Hufflepuff because she's the mediator. But she's got a lot of Gryff in her -- she's a teacher in an inner city school district and in her own quiet way, sticks up to my dad.

I feel a bit like Sirius Black, because my parents would most definitely be Slytherins, while I, their child, happen to be a Gryffindor. My oldest cousin, the one I get along with the most, would be a Ravenclaw, while my younger cousin would, once again, be a Slytherin. I think my Aunt would be a Hufflepuff, and my Uncle another Ravenclaw. I'm kind of the black sheep of the family.

My sister would be Gryffindor, because she is stubborn, and will do anything to get what she wants. She gets into trouble with my parents often. She is shy sometimes, so I guess she is the Neville type of Gryffindor.

My mother would be in Hufflepuff, because she is always cheery and she is very opitmistic and she loves to study, therefore, she is very hardworking.

My father would be in Gryffindor, because he has a terrible temper, but when he is happy, he loves to make us laugh.

My family is very Gryffinpuff, because I do see each of my family members fitting nicely into either Gryffindor or Hufflepuff, like me. During my sorting, there were Gryffindor and Hufflepuff votes, but I'm more Hufflepuff than Gryffindor.

Hmm, this is tough, because my family is so different, especially my mother's side.

I know for sure my Dad's Hufflepuff. He's so loyal to us, he always wants to please everyone and he does everything to keep us all happy and out of trouble.

My mother... is Slytherin, I guess. I only say this, because she's neither brave nor loyal enough to be a Gryffindor; not caring and loving enough for Hufflepuff; and although she likes to read, she's hardly witty and intellectual enough to be a Ravenclaw. So I guess this leaves Slytherin.

My sister's Slytherin, too. Definitely. She schemes, intrigues and uses people to get her way.

All three of my brother's would be Hufflepuffs. They're lovely and nice and think evil doesn't exist. And although the middle one is just going through an experimental drug phase, deep down he's still a disappointed Puff.

My dog: 100% Puff!

My Dad would be a Ravenclaw; my Mum would be a Slytherin.

Dad is one of the most intelligent people I know - the kind of guy who has the answer for any question you might ask. He doesn't mind going off on a million tangents in a conversation, and he is perfectly able to keep track of those tangents. He's incredibly well-read, and speaks several (including one dead) languages. Man's a genius.

Mum is one of the most manipulative women I know - and she's very subtle, and very good at it. I love her, because she's my Mum, but if you believe you're a product of your environment, then I'm a Slytherin because of Mum.

The product of your environment got me thinking. My mum is a canon Puff and my dad a canon Snake ~ which is why I'm a slyther-puff! XD

I think everyone has an innate personality that defines them - but I think it's the company you keep that develops you. And you can't choose your parents. :D

I agree =)
It's actually very ironic as they are both very different personalities and I got a mix of both ^^

My parents separated when I was eleven, and Mum was the primary caregiver, so I'm more like her than I think my Dad would prefer. But because it's just me, he adores me anyway! :D

I spent most of my time with my mum growing up as my dad was always out somewhere or other. Although I haven't really spent that much time with my dad I would say I am actually more like him than my mum which is a bit weird I suppose *scratches chin*

he adores me anyway! :D ~ :D

Nice idea!
My dad is quite easy, he'd be Slytherin. He's a Slytherdor really, but anyone who can state that he can 'break people, anyone, with five words max' has to be a Snake. Before you get the wrong idea, the next line of that conversation was him stating categorically that he wouldn't, just that he could. Add to that the relatively loose moral compass he operates by, and you have a Lucius light (complete with the idea of 'pureblood' supremacy; only in his case it translates loosely as Oxbridge-educated or public school people are better than others). Unlike Lucius he will never let those people know it, only voices those opinions behind closed doors.
This makes him sound quite horrible, but he is anything but (I'm just not blind to flaws).
My mother is slightly harder, as I am torn there between a Goyle-like Slytherin (or perhaps Pansy, who thinks she's so smart, but is really not?) or a Zacharias Smith-like Hufflepuff (don't like her quite as much as I do my dad). With an inflated idea of her own intelligence, and also the 'we're better than others' attitude, I am veering towards Pansy. She is fiercely loyal to her friends, but they have the same ideas as she does...bringing boyfriends home was always interesting, as I tend to find 'her' group boring and shallow...Like my dad, she's not all bad, but there's just a vast difference in our outlooks on life that is hard to overcome...
So intriguing, two Slytherins producing a Ravenclaw...does that make me like Scorpius? Also interesting that with two Slytherin parents, I am never considered very Slytherin at all...one point for nature over nurture there!

My mum was sorted into Hufflepuff at HIH lol and I think it's very accurate. I would say she is a Gryffinpuff with a bit more Puff.
She's hardworking, very loyal, patient and fair minded ~ a canon puff.
My dad would be sorted into Slytherin I think. He is crafty and determined and knows exactly how to charm people into getting his own way.

I am a mixture of both of them which is why I'm a Slytherpuff.

Being as I'm an only child that's it. Unless you want me to sort my 8 dogs XD

Haha, sorting pets - that could be fun!

My first dog was clearly a Hufflepuff, so much so he died of an enlarged heart.

My current dog is a crazy fiery Gryffindor with a bit of Ravenclaw.

And my cat - well - who could sort a cat? She's definitely a Huffleclawrindor.

(I'm sure you really wanted to hear me sort my pets. Sorry, I just couldn't resist)
[identity profile] ex-crucioed.livejournal.com on October 18th, 2008 04:27 pm (UTC)
:D That's awesome. I shall have to sort mine now ^^

My oldest dog ~ He is a Slytherin definitely. He is crafty and always uses his cuteness to get stuff :P
My only girl ~ A gryffindor. Fiery and always on the go ^^

The other five are I would say all Hufflepuffs excapt for one who is definitely a Slyther/Puff XD

I think I'm the odd on out in a family full of Ravenclaws. My sister and my mother are both teachers and excel academically. My dad on the other hand, has never been given the choice of an academic career but he reads like crazy, always eager to broaden his knowledge. My husband is definately a Ravenclaw too, so I'm surrounded by them.

I'm surrounded by Gryffindors. My family is protective, honest, and I know my mom/dad aren't afraid to stand up for themselves. My sister also doesn't like to see injustice in the world soooo yeahhhh.
