For those of you in the Dallas/Fort Worth area like myself (first off, GOD IT'S BEEN SO HOT!)...The Inwood is showing Prisoner of Azkaban as part of their weekend Midnight Madness series on July 15 & 16. That's a Friday and Saturday at MIDNIGHT (just in case you didn't catch that!)

Appropriate choice of days of course. Not like anyone on here isn't going to be at a bookstore, however, on Friday night.

The Inwood is a GREAT, classic theater - recently redone. You should check it out at some point if you haven't already, Harry Potter night or not.

I have to ask...what are everyone's plans for the night/day Half-Blood Prince comes out? Midnight parties, or waiting impatiently for a box to arrive from Amazon? Will you be staying up into the very early hours of the morning/afternoon to finish the whole book in one shot?

As for me, I'm going to Barnes and Noble at midnight to pick up my preordered copy, and if I have any willpower at all, I will sleep afterwards a few hours before 5am, unlike the last time, and read while I'm actually awake.

does anyone know if and when they will begin production on the **counts on fingers** fifth movie??

My feeling is that they kinda need to hurry up with the filming of the movies a tad. Because by the time we get to movie seven, Dan, Emma, Rupert, and Tom will probably be too old to play Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Draco.

I think seeing how we've watched the cast grow up with the characters so far and this long, to have them switch actors would be...well, bad.

So I've been watching the RENT trailer, like the RENT addict i am, and i can't help noticing that,when adjusting mark's scarf for the big screen, they darkened the white to grey, so it's dark blue and grey, which are the Ravenclaw movie!scarf colors. And Mark is SO Ravenclaw. hee hee.

so my question is how often do you find yourself analyzing colors and picking out your house colors. if you see someone you like in your house colors, do you take it as a sign, or do you enjoy the irony? Do you think the colors of the houses reflect certain traits? tell me!! *is curious*

meanwhile, i'm off to see if i sent my Ravenclaw-colored crocheted head band home, or i still have it(blue and bronze yarn, yah!). I may accidently fall asleep on the way. lol
