... Hello, I'm making a collection of songs that remind me of Remus Lupin. It's part of a big werewolf collection that I'm making -- I have a lot of poetry and quotes about wolves (mostly non-were) already, and several songs.

I was wondering if anyone has any favorite songs that have anything to do with one or more of the following:

-werewolves
-wolves in general
-the moon
-shapeshifting
-outcasts
-anything that you think is linked to Remus's character in canon OR fanon; Remus/Sirius references are welcome

Some examples of what I have already:

-"Bad Moon Rising" by Credence Clearwater Revival

-"Werewolf" by Catpower (this is such a cool band, check it out if you don't know them)

-"Of Wolf and Man" by Metallica

-"In Too Deep" by Genesis (Nothing to do with wolves, but this one reminds me of Sirius/Remus in fanon: "You know I need you but I'm playing for keeps.")

-"No One Lives Forever" by Oingo Boingo ("Let's have a party there's a full moon in the sky / It's the hour of the wolf and I don't want to die.") As I told them in the Slytherin common room when I posted the Snape ones earlier: I use geocities, I know the way around their stupid direct linking rules, but they hate me for it. But, if you ship slash, what brought you to that pairing?

I personally don't ship slash, but it's interesting to understand why people feel the way they do.

Is their a passage in the book/movie that brings you to feel the way you do about your pairing?

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to know your opinions on the movies :) I really liked the 1st one, the second one was good too (although I haven't seen it as many times.) I liked the third one... but mostly the second half. The first half seemed like just a series of one-liners. But it was gorgeous and I love how they've de-robed the Trio -- in the sense that we saw them outside of their Hogwarts robes and more like real people :)

What do you guys think?

ok, now here's a question for you. Who's the next minister of magic? JKR has said that Fudge will be gone from the MoM in the next book, so the Minister position will be vacant.

me, I'm thinking Lucius Malfoy will be. I have no clue how (other than bribing people), but we all know how JKR likes to use historic references in her books. Turns out there was a pope named Pope Cornelius, whose reign was marked by controvercy over the persecution of the non-believers (sounds like JK flipped it from non believers to believers). When he was exiled and martyred, his successor was a Bishop by the name of Lucius.

Well, there have been questions refering to everyone's favorite ship and slash ship. Now, I would like to know:
-what ship makes you wish to hurl?
-What is the most bizarre ship you have ever heard of?
-What is the one ship you are most embarrased to admit you sail on?


My answers
Hurlworthy- Harry/Cho. I found her to absloutely, positvely irritating. And, though at times Harrys "omgTEENANGST!" can get a bit on my nerves, even HE doesnt deserve that much hormonal woman being thrown at him. No one does.

Most Bizarre- Cho/Voldemort. I found a fic about that once- rather grossed me out.

Embarrasing Ship- Tom/Ginny. I know it is sick and twisted, but I cannot seem to get this parring out of my head. Somehow, my mind refuses to accept that Tom=Voldemort. Thus, shippyness is okay.
