Though at this moment I can't find the post where the idea came from... I'm gonna post anyways...

In OoTP (pg 622) when Dumbledore disappears it says: "Fawkes circle the office and swooped low over him. Dumbledore realeased Harry, raised his hand, and grasped the phoenix's long golden tail. There was a flash of fire and the pair of them had gone."

So, how did he do it? No disapperating in Hogwarts! Any theories?

This has been bothering me for awhile now...

I was reading a review of the movie PoA before it came out, and the reviewer mentioned that 2 of the actors, namely Dan and Emma, were turning into beautiful young adults. I seriously sat there in disbelief. I mean, come on here! Wouldn't it hurt if you were part of a trio, and the other two were called beautiful and not you?

What bothered me most is that this is completely untrue. I will admit I thought Rupert was a bit unfortunate looking in the first two movies, but as he's grown up, he's become very good looking! I was shocked when I saw his picture at the premiere, because I thought he looked so hot! He might not have been the best looking child, but is he not turning into a beautiful young adult?

It just really frustrated me. And after joining the hogwarts/harry potter communities, I realize that I'm certainly not the only one who thinks Rupert has now reached hot status. I always thought Dan and Emma were good looking, but give Rupert some credit! That trio, all three included, are smokin!

::shakes fist at stupid reviewer::

i think there should be something on the main page to say when the next weekends will be and then reminders in the actual journal. that way we can plan on when we can participate and what not. will the weekends be once a month, 4 times a year, etc.?

So I've been reaaaally seriously considering dyeing my hair red for awhile. Since I read Anne of Green Gables, really. And now the Weasleys have spurred me on even more. Does anyone have any recommendations for good, natural looking red hair-dyes?
